The ROBOR index, which influences the interest rates on loans in lei, recorded decreases in October 2023, with the 3-month ROBOR reaching 6.71% and the 6-month ROBOR 6.84%. These values reflect the level of market liquidity and the interest rates set by the NBR. Also, the benchmark index for consumer credit (IRCC) will be 5.55% between July 1, 2025 and September 30, 2025, rising to 6.07% thereafter.
