Simtel, a major player in the renewable energy sector, has announced the approval by ASF of a corporate bond program worth up to EUR 30 million. The bonds will be issued in tranches and will be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, with the aim of financing development projects, including the expansion of energy storage capacities and the construction of photovoltaic parks. The company's revenues have grown significantly in recent years and forecasts for 2025 indicate a continuation of this trend.
