Romgaz reported a consolidated net profit of 2.43 billion lei for the first nine months of 2025, an increase of 7% compared to the same period in 2024. The net profit for the third quarter was 755.09 million lei, with an increase of 73.01%, due to a reduction in expenses by 19.40%.

Revenues from the sale of natural gas increased by 8.25%, reaching 5.24 billion lei, following a 12.4% increase in the quantity delivered. However, the turnover from the sale of electricity decreased by 20.16%. The reserved storage capacity was 30,709,000 MWh, with a filling degree of 93.80%. Domestic gas deliveries accounted for 54.89% of national consumption, and gas production was 3.676 billion cubic meters, with an increase of 0.1%. The number of employees in the Romgaz Group was 5,847 as of September 30, 2025.
