The 3-month ROBOR index, essential for calculating interest rates on most loans in lei, remained at 6.75%. In contrast, the 6-month ROBOR rose from 6.88% to 6.89%. Also, the benchmark index for consumer credit (IRCC) will be 5.55% from July 1 to September 30, 2025, and will increase to 6.07%. The IRCC is calculated quarterly, reflecting the average lending interest rate between banks.
