The new mortgage loan offer from OTP Bank Romania comes with a fixed interest rate of 5.79% for the first 3 years, targeting customers who receive their income in an account opened with OTP Bank and take out a loan of over 300,000 lei. After three years, the interest rate becomes variable, consisting of a fixed margin of 2.39% per annum + IRCC.
