In April, Romania had 11,637 beneficiaries of service pensions, an increase of 35 people compared to the previous month. Of these, 5,624 were magistrates, with an average gross pension of 25,214 lei. In addition to military pensioners, other categories include diplomats and civil servants, with pensions calculated differently from the standard ones. The payment of these pensions comes from both the social security budget and the state budget.
