The four-star Zenith Conference & Spa Hotel in Mamaia has been sold to the owners of the Steaua de Mare complex.

Located in the central area of the Mamaia resort and having a direct beachfront, Zenith Conference & Spa is a 4-star hotel with 295 rooms and restaurants, a wellness center, an outdoor pool, a private beach, and a conference and events center. The transacted property also includes a plot with a sea view, free of constructions.

The sale process was coordinated by the Capital Markets team of Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, through Mihaela Pană, Partner Private Investments, and Cristi Moga, Head of Capital Markets.

The value of the transaction has not been made public.
