The National Bank of Romania announced the new IRCC, down to 5.86% for loans contracted in July-September.

The new IRCC was announced by the NBR as 5.86%, down from the previous period. It is calculated based on interbank transactions in Q1 2024. The 3-month ROBOR index, used to calculate variable interest rates on loans in lei taken before May 2019, stands at 6.01%, close to the IRCC.
