Dragoș Pîslaru, Minister of Investment and European Projects, announced that work is underway to find all available financial sources to ensure the continuity of highway projects, especially A7 and A8. He mentioned that a prepared ordinance will allow accelerating the payments for the highways, and EUR 2.1 billion of non-reimbursable funds will be allocated for the Focșani-Bacău and Bacău-Pașcani segments. Pîslaru emphasized that alternative solutions are being sought for the segments removed from the PNRR due to delays.
