Meta Estate Trust S.A. has acquired 4 villas in the Radisson Blu Grand Mountain Resort Brasov for €1.52 million, expanding its presence in tourism.

Meta Estate Trust S.A. has announced the acquisition of four villas within the Radisson Blu Grand Mountain Resort Brasov for a total estimated value of €1.52 million. The transaction started in June 2025, with a 40% down payment and the remainder to be paid upon handover. This investment will allow the company to become co-owner of the assets in a project affiliated to the Radisson Hotel Group chain, generating recurring revenues from the operation of the tourist establishments. The resort, developed by Grand Development, is the first mountain destination in Romania to be operated by an international hotel and is expected to be completed in January 2027.
