Aro Palace has signed a contract of 3.17 million euros for the renovation of the Mercure Brașov Center hotel, formerly the Capitol Hotel, part of a total investment of nearly 17 million euros.

The Aro Palace company, owned by the Transilvania Investments Alliance SA Brașov investment fund, has signed a contract worth 3.17 million euros excluding VAT for the renovation of the Mercure Brașov Center hotel, previously known as Hotel Capitol. The contract, concluded on November 25, represents a significant part of the company's net turnover. In September, Aro Palace signed another contract worth 3 million euros for construction works and special facades. After modernization, the hotel will feature 181 rooms, a restaurant, a lobby bar, and conference rooms.
