MedLife announced a consolidated pro-forma turnover of 3.17 billion lei in 2025, registering a growth of 17% compared to 2024. The hospital division had the largest contribution, with a 34% increase in the number of hospitalizations, reaching over 200,000. The company processed over 10 million investigations in laboratories and had nearly 5 million visits in clinics. Among the most requested services were consultations in gynecology and cardiology, as well as minimally invasive surgical interventions.

MedLife continued to expand through acquisitions, including MEDSTAR Cluj-Napoca and Routine Med Tulcea, and entered the market in the Republic of Moldova. In 2025, the company invested in technology, launching an AI assistant and inaugurating an automated laboratory. CEO Mihai Marcu emphasized the resilience of the private sector and moderate optimism for the future, mentioning that MedLife will continue to explore growth opportunities through acquisitions and the development of niche centers.
