OnlyFans, owned by Fenix International Ltd, reported a pre-tax profit of 714 million dollars for the financial year ending November 30, 2025, marking a 5% increase compared to the previous year.

The company distributed dividends of 535 million dollars and other payments of 174 million dollars to shareholders. Leonid Radvinsky, who bought OnlyFans in 2018, died in March 2026, and the company passed into the ownership of his widow, Yekaterina Chudnovsky. With only 47 employees, OnlyFans has managed to achieve huge profits, having 132 million paying subscribers and 2.5 million active creators.

The pandemic accelerated the development of the platform, which allows creators to monetize content directly. Since its launch, creators have earned over 30 billion dollars. However, the platform has been the subject of controversies related to adult content and user age verification.

OnlyFans claims to have had a positive impact on the British economy, paying over 600 million pounds in taxes since 2016.
