ITM Bucharest applies fines of 1.54 million lei for undeclared work

The Territorial Labor Inspectorate (ITM) Bucharest conducted inspections between July 27 and 31, imposing fines totaling 1.54 million lei on 58 economic agents in the fields of land passenger transport, laundry, and construction. Following these checks, 61 individuals were identified as carrying out activities without having individual written employment contracts.

ITM Bucharest continues to monitor compliance with labor legislation, carrying out control actions in all areas of activity within the municipality of Bucharest, to combat the phenomenon of undeclared work and to protect employees' rights.
