The Bucharest Stock Exchange marked the first bond issue of Electrica, totaling 500 million euro. This is the largest issue of green, corporate and non-financial bonds on the Romanian capital market. The event was attended by key officials, including the President of the BVB, the Minister of Energy and the CEO of Electrica.
