The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, recorded a depreciation of 0.75%, reaching 30,269.81 points. The BET-Plus index, which reflects the evolution of the most liquid 43 stocks, decreased by 0.71%.


Additionally, BET-BK, the benchmark for investment fund returns, fell by 0.82%, while BET-NG, which measures the performance of energy companies, recorded a decline of 0.38%. The extended BET-XT index noted a depreciation of 0.65%, and BET-FI, the SIF index, closed with a decrease of 0.13%. In contrast, BET AeRO, which includes 20 companies from the AeRO market, increased by 0.38%.


The most liquid titles were those of Banca Transilvania, with transactions of 25.17 million lei, followed by Romgaz and Hidroelectrica. The best performances were recorded by Electroaparataj (+13.01%), Compa SA (+8.06%) and IAR Brașov (+4.14%), while the largest declines were noted by Romcab (-11.35%), Antibiotice (-5.75%) and Fondul Proprietatea (-5.25%).
