AROBS Transilvania Software announced the acquisition of a 70% stake in Codingscape, an American company specializing in technology consulting and software development. This is AROBS' first acquisition in the US and its 12th since its listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 2021. The deal will allow Codingscape to access European markets, while AROBS will strengthen its presence in North America. Codingscape, founded in 2018, has a team of 60 specialists and works with clients across a range of industries, including Zappos and Twilio. Once the transaction is finalized, Codingscape will continue to operate as an independent brand.
