ANAF discovers undeclared income of 700,000 euros on OnlyFans

In an appearance on Antena 3 CNN, Adrian Nica, the head of ANAF, explained how tax inspectors identified a man who earned 700,000 euros through the OnlyFans platform without declaring his income. Nica emphasized that ANAF has access to the database of external payments, including those of the European Union, which facilitates the identification of undeclared earnings. In this case, it was found that the man received 3.6 million lei, and ANAF has started a verification process for 103 individuals, with plans to expand to another 390. Nica mentioned that the total undeclared amount is approximately 64 million lei.

He also stated that currently, video chat girls are treated similarly to artists, but legislative proposals will be made to clarify their taxation, which is currently at 6%.
