The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) warns Romanian citizens who are in or intend to travel to Greece that protests by Greek farmers will continue, causing disruptions in road traffic, including the blocking of national roads and highways. The MFA recommends following the instructions of local authorities and using alternative routes. Romanian citizens can request consular assistance through the Romanian Embassy in Athens and the General Consulate in Thessaloniki, which have emergency contact numbers available. Additionally, the MFA suggests consulting official websites for further information and travel advice.
