The young man, who assaulted a foreign delivery person and used xenophobic expressions, has been released from custody for new hearings. Prosecutors have expanded the criminal action, accusing him also of using fascist symbols, including sharing a video collage on social media with images related to the Legionary Movement and Adolf Hitler. He promoted fascist symbols on his Facebook and TikTok accounts, including the Nazi swastika, and posted controversial videos. The criminal process continues, respecting the principle of presumption of innocence.
