Two young people, T.A. (25 years old) and I.D.C. (18 years old), have been placed under judicial control for the desecration of graves in Bellu Cemetery.

The Prosecutor's Office next to the Court of Sector 4 has ordered the initiation of criminal proceedings against two young men, T.A. (25 years old) and I.D.C. (18 years old), accused of desecrating corpses or graves. The incident took place on April 5, 2026, when the two, along with another person, were caught dancing and simulating sexual acts on a tombstone in Bellu Cemetery, between 4:40 PM and 5:47 PM.

A video recording was shared on social media, drawing the attention of the authorities. The Capital Police identified them and took them for questioning, and the Prosecutor's Office decided not to request preventive detention, imposing judicial control for a period of 60 days.
