Until 10:00 AM, the affected areas include the counties of Constanța, Tulcea, Botoșani, Galați, Vrancea, Iași, Vaslui, Gorj, Olt, Dolj, Vâlcea, and Mehedinți. The fog will cause reduced visibility, locally below 200 m and isolated below 50 m, which may favor the formation of ice or frost. Meteorologists recommend caution in traffic, considering the unfavorable weather conditions. The warnings are valid until the mentioned hours, and citizens are advised to stay constantly informed about the weather developments.
