Radu Miruță, Minister of Economy, said that the emergency works at the Praid Salt Works will not be completed by the July 1 deadline, highlighting serious mismanagement by the state. On the spot, he found the reality to be different from official reports, with six million cubic meters of water saturated in the mine galleries. He also announced that locals can apply for support of 15% of their turnover, and the environment minister emphasized the urgent need for solutions for access to drinking water.
