A 35-year-old woman was found kidnapped and assaulted in Jariștea, after a colleague reported to the authorities.

The police in Odobești intervened quickly after a colleague from Iași reported that a 35-year-old woman had been kidnapped. She was found in a room, with injuries on her face, in a house in Jariștea. The door was tied with wire, and the attitude of the man present raised suspicions. The victim received medical care and was protected, and the case was taken over by the Criminal Investigation Service. A temporary protection order was issued against the aggressor.
