The project proposes the development of six man-made lakes on the Colentina River, covering an area of 27 km, with a focus on water conservation and cleanliness, recreation and greenhouse reduction. The plan includes natural swimming pools and water plant farms. The project will be carried out in three batches over an estimated 5-10 years.
