<p>The National Administration of Meteorology has issued a special warning for Bucharest, forecasting moderate snow for the next two days. A new layer of snow, 10-15 cm thick, is expected to fall by Tuesday, and by Wednesday a total snow cover of 30-40 cm is forecast. The wind will also blow moderately and the air temperature will be minus four to minus three degrees.
