Vladimir Ciorbă, under investigation in the Nordis case, has successfully challenged the extension of the judicial control, and the Bucharest Court of Appeal has ruled that he can leave Romania. Ciorbă and 10 others are accused of constituting an organized criminal group and other serious crimes. The court also ordered the seizure of several assets, including real estate and bank accounts. The court decision is final.
