Vlad Pascu has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for manslaughter and negligent bodily injury after a road accident that left two people dead and three injured. The Constanta Court of Appeal ruled that there was no intent to kill and that his actions were unforeseeable. The court stressed that the state's reaction must be severe to prevent dangerous behavior in traffic. Also, prohibited substances were found in his system, which aggravated the situation. The decision is final.
