Vlad Grigorescu, candidate for the leadership of DNA, argues that the institution needs a firm reorientation towards combating high-level corruption, in the context of operational stagnation and increasing complexity of cases. He proposes that DNA should focus its resources on major causes, with significant impact, through strategic management of the portfolio and by adapting internal mechanisms to the new judicial realities. In his opinion, only such a clear change of direction can strengthen the institution's efficiency and reinforce the fight against grand corruption.
