He calls for a referendum on this matter to be held simultaneously with the elections for the General Mayor on December 7. Gheorghe criticizes the current administrative division, considering it inefficient and costly, favoring "local barons" who exploit citizens' taxes. He emphasizes the financial imbalance between the sectors and the General Mayor's Office, stating that the sectors have the largest budgets in the country, while the Capital faces a deficit.
