Viktor Orban is taking part in the traditional Summer University in Băile Tusnad, where he will give a speech in front of more than 7,000 people. Last year his speech was controversial, attacking the West and praising Russia. This year's event is being held under the motto 'You can count on us' and security measures are high, with access controlled by QR code and ID.
