Andrei Nistor, an entrepreneur since 2007 and a USR member since 2016, has led the local branch of Popești-Leordeni and the Ilfov county branch. As a local councilor since 2020, he aims to bring transparency and modern solutions to the administration of the Capital. USR considers him suitable for the position of prefect, given the connection between Bucharest and Ilfov, and aims for an administrative reorganization that reflects metropolitan realities.
