The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced the approval of Romania's fourth payment request amounting to 2.62 billion euros from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). In her message, von der Leyen congratulated Romania for the efforts made in implementing the necessary reforms, emphasizing that these progress are recognized at the European level.


The approval of this request is an important step for Romania, which continues to benefit from financial support from the European Union.
