The Uber platform continues to expand its presence in Romania, launching in three new cities: Zalău, Hunedoara, and Deva. With these additions, the company now operates in 35 cities across the country. In all the cities where it is available, Uber collaborates exclusively with licensed drivers, thus ensuring a quality service. The company introduces the UberX service, which offers safe and affordable rides, with reduced wait times.
Ana Maria Borlovan, General Manager of Uber for Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Ukraine, and the Czech Republic, stated that each new city in which it launches brings it closer to the goal of providing a simple and reliable transportation method. Uber is available in over 70 countries and enhances mobility in major cities around the world.
