The Archdiocese of Suceva has suspended two priests after they were caught in compromising images, including pole dancing and smoking banned substances.

Two priests from the Archdiocese of Suceava and Rădăuților have been stopped from ministry and sent to court after compromising images of them were published online. One was pole dancing and the other was smoking a banned substance. The images emerged in response to a question on social media about irregularities in the parishes. There is also evidence of affairs with other men. The internal investigation will determine whether they will be dismissed or just sanctioned. Cathonized priest Ciprian Mega commented on the impact of this behavior on the Church.
