A woman and a man were found dead in a house in Rătești commune, Argeș county, on suspicion of carbon monoxide poisoning.

The two were found in the same room by a relative who called 112. The two could not be rescued as they were already dead. It is suspected that the deaths occurred as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning because the room was heated with a stove. A post-mortem will determine the exact cause of death.
