Two people were found burned to death inside a car that caught fire after hitting a bridge culvert on Saturday morning in the village of Fântâna Mare, Suceava County. The accident was reported to the 112 emergency number at around 6:00 a.m.
Military firefighters responded at the scene with a firefighting vehicle equipped with extrication tools and a SMURD first-aid crew. When the crews arrived, the car was completely engulfed in flames.
The firefighters worked to contain and extinguish the blaze, and after putting out the flames, they found two burned victims inside. Because of the condition in which they were found, their identities were not disclosed.
According to information provided by the Suceava Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, the fire broke out following the collision between the car and the bridge culvert. Police are to establish the exact circumstances of the accident and why the car left the roadway.",
