Two men have been accused of the illegal use of military weapons at a shooting range in Prahova. Prosecutors discovered military ammunition in their company's warehouse.

Two men have been sent to trial by the prosecutors of the Prosecutor's Office next to the High Court of Cassation and Justice for violating the regime of weapons and ammunition, as well as for illegal use of firearms. They are accused of having illegally used automatic military firearms and grenade launchers at a shooting range in Prahova County.

Following a search, prosecutors discovered 150 cartridges with bullets on a belt, illegally introduced into the country, intended for a military unit, but kept in the warehouse in Ilfov of the company managed by the defendants. One of them, the administrator of the company, transported an automatic weapon to the shooting range to carry out shooting exercises, while the other, the sales director, possessed and transported military ammunition without authorization. The indictment has been sent to the Buftea Court for trial.
