The police in Constanța pursued a 27-year-old man who refused to stop, driving at an extremely high speed and causing an accident. During the chase, the driver committed 8 offenses, and in the end, he was caught 3 km from the accident site. The breathalyzer test showed a concentration of 0.20 mg/l, and the man did not have a Romanian driving license, claiming that he obtained it in Greece. He was fined 15,000 lei and his license was suspended.
