The project was launched in June last year and was carried out by the Romanian company Tracon, with an investment of 58 million lei, funded by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The passage is 450 meters long and includes a connecting road and a roundabout on DN3. Additionally, the completion of a bypass for Brănești is expected by June 2026.
