On Tuesday morning, a truck was involved in an accident on DN 7, between Vărădia de Mureș and Săvârșin, hitting a bridge head due to a malfunction and bursting into flames. Firefighters intervened with two fire trucks and an SMURD ambulance, extinguishing the fire that affected the entire vehicle. The driver and passengers evacuated themselves, but the two passengers suffered panic attacks and were transported to the hospital. Traffic on DN 7 is temporarily halted and will be reopened after the fire is extinguished.
