Timis County Council President Alfred Simonis has announced a 20% co-financing for the new 'Dan Paltinișanu' stadium, essential for the continuation of the project in the absence of CNI funds. Simonis underlined the need to prioritize investments in Timis, given the county's contributions to the national budget and the lack of major investments in the last 35 years. He called for fair criteria for the allocation of funds and noted that the demolition of the current stadium is being carried out according to the law.
