<p>The man was apprehended by police officers and taken for questioning, claiming he broke into the hospital courtyard to steal plastic PETs. The hospital was fined for failing to secure hazardous waste storage areas. The theft took place on Friday evening, but was not reported to 112 until Monday, when the investigation began. The hospital manager announced that an internal investigation has been opened to establish the full details of the incident.
