In Constanța County, Apele Române announces careful monitoring of the situation caused by recent precipitation, which exceeded 174.5 liters/m². The Casimcea River has recorded an alarming increase in flow, rising from 0.1 m³/s to 150 m³/s, creating floods. The red code has been replaced with an orange code, and Apele Române teams are monitoring watercourses to prevent potential issues. Affected localities are beginning to return to normal, and the waters on flooded roads are receding.
