The National Health Insurance House (CNAS) is facing major errors, severely affecting patients and doctors. Due to technical problems, more and more patients leave medical offices without prescriptions or referrals, and doctors cannot verify patients' insurance. The error rate of the system reaches up to 90%, which blocks medical activity.

Patients end up paying for tests that should be free, and huge queues form while waiting for medical services. The National Health Insurance House acknowledges that the system is outdated and promises a new software program, but until implementation, medical staff must cope with the old platform. This situation has led some patients to turn to private clinics to avoid delays.
