The main argument is that a dismissed government no longer has the authority to adopt ordinances. Weber stated that the institution is working on drafting the referral, which will be sent to the Constitutional Court soon. The government, on the other hand, argues that the ordinance aims to adapt the legal framework for rapid investments in the defense industry and to protect the state's strategic companies, in the context of accessing funds through the SAFE program.
