The multinational exercise 'Dacian Fall 2025' (DAFA25) will take place between October 20 and November 13, 2025, involving over 5,000 military personnel and approximately 1,200 technical means from ten NATO countries, including Romania, France, and Poland. Activities will occur in various training grounds in Romania and Bulgaria, aiming at the operational integration of the participating forces and testing the planning and command capabilities of operations under NATO command.

The exercise will include media open moments, such as 'Time in the Box' on November 8 and Distinguished Visitors Day on November 13. The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that the exercise has a strictly defensive character and respects Romania's international obligations as a NATO member. Additionally, France and Romania contribute the most personnel, and French troops have already begun integration into the common command structures.
