The mountain rescuers from Maramureș intervened in the last 24 hours to recover three Ukrainian citizens from the mountainous area of the county. The missions lasted over 14 hours, taking place under difficult conditions. One of the rescued, a 31-year-old man, had been on the mountain for seven days without supplies and was extremely exhausted. The other two young men, aged 25 and 32, could no longer move in a dangerous area, but they received the necessary help. Their evacuation was completed on Saturday morning, around 6:30 AM, and all three were handed over to the competent authorities, being out of any danger. These interventions highlight the importance of mountain rescue teams in emergency situations.
