Armed confrontations between the two kingdoms have led to the closure of border crossing points, and the MFA recommends avoiding travel within a distance of up to 50 kilometers from this area.

Romanian authorities advise citizens to exercise caution, follow local instructions, and stay informed through the media. In case of emergency, Romanians can request consular assistance at the Romanian Embassy in Hanoi, which has phone numbers available for emergency situations.
