The Minister of Justice, Radu Marinescu, stated that the protests of magistrates must respect the legal framework, emphasizing that strikes are not allowed in this sector. Following the meeting with magistrates from Cluj, he mentioned that judicial activity must continue, and the courts have established priorities for urgent cases. Judges and prosecutors in the country have suspended the resolution of cases, demanding the withdrawal of the draft law regarding the reform of service pensions, considering that it affects the rule of law. The Superior Council of Magistracy also requested the cessation of the "campaign" against the judiciary authority.
